HOW TO REGISTER

How to register- Regular Registration

A. Regular Registration - Race Pack Redemption System
From December 14, 2009 - January 24, 2010
at Runner (BHS), and Planet Sports Rockwell, Trinoma, Alabang Town Center

Step 1: Fill up registration form

Download the registration form or go to any of the Condura run registration centers and fill out the registration form
For identification purposes, please use the name in your valid ID for your registration form.

Step 2: Pay

Pay the race fees and get your acknowledgement receipt from the registration center.

Step 3: Claim

DO NOT LOSE YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT. YOU NEED THIS DOCUMENT TO BE ABLE
TO CLAIM YOUR RACE KIT

Claim the race kit at the Asics Expo at the Condura Village on the following dates:

Thursday, February 4, 2010 from 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday, February 5, 2010 from 11:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Saturday, February 6, 2010 from 11:00 am - 6:00 p.m.

NO RACE KIT PICK UP ON SUNDAY RACE DAY

Claim Area:

There will be 2 major claim areas arranged by race categories and by alphabetical order as follows:
a. Claim area 1: for 10k, 21km, 42km - arranged alphabetically.
b. Claim area 2: for 3km and 5km - arranged alphabetically.
There will be at least 50 volunteers to ensure that your race kit claim experience is as efficient as possible

Additional Instructions:

1. The acknowledgement receipt will serve as your race kit claim stub. (Please do not lose this). Please present the
acknowledgment receipt when claiming your race kit.
2. An authorized representative can claim your race kit on your behalf provided that you have a letter of authority.
3. If you lose your acknowledgment receipt, you would need to present a valid ID in order to claim your race kit.
4. Race kits can only be claimed during the Asics Expo. (Race kits will not be distributed on race day)
5. Unclaimed race kits shall be deemed forfeited.

How to register - Late Registration

Late Registration - Pay and Pick up system
From January 19, 2010 - February 3, 2010
at RUNNR (BHS) only

Step 1:

Download the registration form or go to the RUNNR (BHS) and fill out the registration form

Step 2:

Pay registration fee at the 3rd floor of RUNNR (BHS)

Step 3:

Claim the race bib and you are all set to run on Feb 7, 2010.

Important reminder:

Late registrants are NOT entitled to DIY personalized race bib, shirt, medal, and other giveaways.

REGISTRATION for INTERNATIONAL RUNNERS

Step 1:

Download registration form, fill up and email to secretariat@condura.com or fax to 632-818-3078

Step 2:

Go to the Asics Expo - International Booth - to pay and pick up the race kit

Note: No DIY race bib, shirts and medals for registration forms received during the late registration period
